Image: 18 frames processed in Astrostack & Paint Shop Pro Telescope: 10" LX-200 in Equatorial mode Following the problems on 12th October we returned to our original setup with Phil's telescope. The ISS is seen here in the XVV flight mode and only one of the main panels is clearly visible, the other (very dim extending up and left of the ISS body) is at a different angle and hence unlit. It was probably not tracking the sun due to problems with high motor current during rotation. At the left of the image the Destiny lab and Canada Arm2 can be clearly seen. |

simulator showing the exact ISS orientation for the orbit and observer
location matching the above picture.
Note however that the VRML model does not include the Destiny module and arm (we hope to add them shortly) and it has both main panels at the same angle |
